Product Training Consultant – Platform Enablement

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Training Consultant – Platform Enablement who can understand how an enterprise SaaS platform works and explain it clearly to customers, partners, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in software training, product enablement, implementation consulting, solution consulting, business analysis, or functional consulting. The person should be able to understand workflows, forms, rules, roles, permissions, settings, and configuration logic — not to configure the platform themselves, but to explain how the platform works and how different setup choices affect the learner's experience.

Experience in procurement, supply chain, ERP, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS is preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Learn ORO's platform capabilities, workflows, and configuration concepts in depth.
  • Deliver training on product fundamentals, platform behavior, workflow logic, implementation concepts, and best practices.
  • Explain complex product and platform concepts in simple, practical language.
  • Create and improve training materials such as decks, guides, FAQs, scripts, walkthroughs, assessments, and certification content.
  • Train different audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Work with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and Alliances teams to keep training accurate and relevant.
  • Stay updated on product releases and platform changes so training delivery remains current and accurate.
  • Use learner feedback and stakeholder input to continuously improve training quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in software training, product enablement, implementation consulting, solution consulting, business analysis, or functional consulting.
  • Strong ability to understand enterprise software workflows, rules, settings, roles, permissions, and platform behavior.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical and functional concepts for different audiences.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to create polished, learner-friendly training content.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn a complex SaaS product deeply.

Good to Have

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, vendor onboarding, contracts, ERP, or workflow/orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS implementation, administration, or solution consulting.
  • Experience training customers, partners, system integrators, or consulting teams.
  • Experience building certification programs, assessments, or role-based learning paths.

Who This Role Is Great For

This role is a strong fit for:

  • A software trainer who enjoys understanding product logic deeply.
  • An implementation consultant or business analyst looking to move into training.
  • A solution consultant who is good at explaining workflows and use cases.
  • A functional consultant from procurement, ERP, supply chain, or workflow platforms who enjoys teaching others.

Work Environment

  • Remote-first role.
  • Training may be delivered across time zones.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • The role includes product learning, content creation, live facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration.
