Job Description

The Training Consulting team is responsible for providing instructor-led enablement services to pro/enterprise tier customers & focus partners in order to promote autonomy & self-sufficiency, ultimately leading to value-realisation through platform usage.

As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class enablement services to Contentsquare's customers and focus partners. Your goal will be to drive usage through foundational & use case training in order to create deep knowledge of Contentsquare's products. You will also deliver 1-to-many training via webinars alongside your 1-to-1 customer commitments.

The Training Consulting team sits within the Professional Services department at Contentsquare, supporting pro & enterprise tier contracts.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Delivery of enablement services as a part of customer onboarding, ensuring new and upsold customers effectively use Contentsquare's analytics solutions.

Delivery of enablement services to train new teams or departments within existing customer organizations on an ad hoc basis.

Delivering platform training for Focus Partner Network solution partners.

Delivering training through webinars to engage a wide range of customers via our 1-to-many offerings.

Collaborating with key stakeholders across departments, including Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Program Managers, Account Executives, and Implementation Consultants.

Becoming a Product Expert across the full suite of Contentsquare's core analytics products. You're seen as a product specialist by our customers.

What you'll need to be successful:

1-3 years of experience in training consultancy, ideally in a SaaS MarTech/AdTech company.

Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.

Ability to rapidly learn and train others in analytics technology.

Experience defining, developing, and adhering to training consultancy scope agreements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional, team-based environment.

Proactive work ethic, strong follow-through, and positive attitude.
