Job Summary

The Consultant will be responsible for owning and executing HighRadius Cloud product

implementations for Fortune 2000 clients. The Consultant is responsible for delivering the project

with good quality, high value and great customer satisfaction within the project timelines. This

job profile will offer an individual high visibility with regular client interaction as he/she will be the

main Point of Contact during Build, Testing and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product

Implementation. The candidate must be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent

communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver product training to HighRadius Teams - Consultants / Partners and manage the

whole lifecycle

● Review and validate product training materials

● Create and maintain standard product training materials for new or updated

HighRadius products

● Improve the training process by analyzing the training feedback and JIRA tickets

● Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, product, and support to

ensure all training content is updated and accurate

● Prior knowledge of HighRadius Products will be a plus

● Prior knowledge of various phases of project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing,

cutover, Go-live and hyper care

● Prior knowledge and experience of technical training delivery and content creation

● Prior knowledge of Order to Cash process will be a plus

● Prior experience with training clients on SaaS products will be a plus

Skill & Experience Needed

● Overall 3-6 years of professional services experience.

● Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes).

● Location: Hyderabad.

● Mandatory: Good communication skills, Excellent Time Management skills, Good

● Desirable: Consulting Experience with HighRadius Products, Exposure to projects,

Exposure to Functional consulting roles

● Experience in following the established processes/standards/templates to achieve

successful results.
