As a Product Trainer at GVR Business Transforms, you will be responsible for understanding the expectations of our clients and internal stakeholders from a training perspective. This includes documenting these expectations, connecting with clients and stakeholders to ensure training plans are in place, and continuously monitoring and reporting on training progress. You will share regular updates on training outcomes, identify and address any issues or risks that impact training, and work with delivery leads and client leads to ensure the smooth organization and execution of all training activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices and innovative learning approaches, conduct regular feedback sessions with trainers, and ensure all training records are accurate and audit requirements are fulfilled.
Candidate Qualifications:
