Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored to business and employee needs.
  • Develop engaging, user-friendly learning materials including presentations, manuals, how-to guides, and video tutorials.
  • Organize workshops and simulations to reinforce concepts and build confidence.
  • Partner with team leads and managers to assess skill gaps and align training with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions to help new hires integrate smoothly into their roles and company culture.
  • Use surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics to measure training impact and identify improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, adult learning theories, and emerging tools.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to promote employee growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience as a Trainer, Facilitator, or L&D Specialist.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in developing clear and engaging learning content.
  • Adaptable teaching styles for diverse learners.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and training tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in IT or technology-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Ability to create video-based and digital learning modules.
