Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored to business and employee needs.
- Develop engaging, user-friendly learning materials including presentations, manuals, how-to guides, and video tutorials.
- Organize workshops and simulations to reinforce concepts and build confidence.
- Partner with team leads and managers to assess skill gaps and align training with organizational goals.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions to help new hires integrate smoothly into their roles and company culture.
- Use surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics to measure training impact and identify improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, adult learning theories, and emerging tools.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to promote employee growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience as a Trainer, Facilitator, or L&D Specialist.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in developing clear and engaging learning content.
- Adaptable teaching styles for diverse learners.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and training tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in IT or technology-driven environments.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to create video-based and digital learning modules.
