Role And Responsibilities
As a Product Trainer in the B2C Vertical, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions on our company's product line to both employees and customers. Your role will involve:
- Creating and delivering engaging training programs to educate employees and customers about our healthcare and Ayurveda products
- Developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive online resources
- Assessing training needs and designing customized training programs
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to employees and customers, addressing any product-related queries or concerns
Candidate Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in MLM Industry or Channel Sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and Ayurveda products
- Ability to effectively train and educate diverse audiences
