Product Trainer, Agency Distribution
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Trainer to join our insurance client to drive product knowledge, sales capability, and professional development across its agency force. You will play a key role in equipping financial representatives and agency leaders with the skills and confidence to effectively position insurance and wealth solutions while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product and sales training programmes for new and existing agency representatives.
- Conduct product launch, refresher, and market update sessions.
- Develop training materials, e-learning content, sales tools, and learning resources.
- Partner with Product, Distribution, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Support agency leaders in strengthening product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Track training outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance learning impact.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor developments, and product innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, financial services training, agency development, or sales enablement.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance, health insurance, and wealth management products.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience designing and delivering training for sales or advisory audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms.
- Relevant insurance, financial planning, or adult learning certifications will be an advantage.
