Job Description

  • Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a team of in-office Operations Associates.
  • Drive strong operational delivery and implement process improvements to balance efficiency with user satisfaction.
  • Identify gaps in systems, policies, and strategies; recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
  • Foster a positive team culture and ensure team members are effective, fulfilled, and progressing in their careers.
  • Set clear team goals and use performance metrics to guide improvements and accountability.
  • Use a data-driven approach to analyze performance and make informed decisions.
  • Promote and represent Stripe's values, focusing on transparency, empathy, inclusion, and user-centricity.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading operations support teams.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams on impactful initiatives.
  • Experience in producing weekly and monthly business metrics and performance reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Background in identifying and closing quality gaps in team performance.
  • Passion for process improvement and operational innovation.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekend days (with a weekday off).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building and scaling new teams from scratch.
  • Strong operational background with experience launching new processes and service delivery in a high-growth technology environment.
