- The role involves providing support for handling the International remittances business for IndusInd bank.
- The candidate is required to liaise with cross-functional teams to handle product specific requirements of the Online Remittance business.
- The candidate needs to support the Product Manager in the development and execution of product related enhancements.
- He / She will be responsible for managing and execution of product related enhancements along with end to end portfolio compliance while ensuring the smooth functioning of product related daily activities.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Should possess sound understanding of Online Remittance business and E-commerce payments.
- Streamlining automation of processes, that positively influences customer experience.
- Support the various initiatives related to enhancement of product functionalities.
- Ensuring constant monitoring of the Fx rates, client rate updating, deal booking, accounting and subsequently updating the various MISS to be shared with the leadership team.
- Regularly track the project status of all the activities related to growth of the online remittance business
- Co-ordination with various functions like legal, compliance, risk, operations, technology etc. to ensure any changes in process or product feature are duly captured in the product note as per regulatory guidelines.
- Exposure of dealing with overseas banks/ partners / Exchange houses/ MTOs to expand the remittance business for the bank.
- Good connects to get NTB partners would be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of local clearing systems both overseas and in India would be required.
- The candidate should be able to track and support the various marketing campaigns for growing the business.
- Handling the documentation and approval process for onboarding new clients/merchants on both online remittance business and BIN sponsorship arrangement.
