Manage inventory, allotments, and release periods with timely updates.
Activate stop sales and blackout dates to avoid overbookings.
Implement seasonal promotions, tactical campaigns, and discounts.
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and rate parity across systems.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to clarify contract terms or address discrepancies.
Track all changes, updates, and versions within the extranet system.
Monitor system functionality and flag technical issues or outdated data.
Ensure timely loading of seasonal contracts and flash sale campaigns.
Stay updated on system enhancements, loading protocols, and platform updates.
Maintain structured documentation and update logs of all activities.
Upload and maintain leisure packages in the CMS including pricing, inclusions, and day-wise itineraries.
