Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Product Support Engineer, based in Indore. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting product issues, and assisting customers in resolving technical queries. The Product Support Engineer will work closely with teams to ensure customer satisfaction, analyze technical challenges, and offer proactive solutions to enhance user experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed documentation and contributing to product improvement efforts by providing feedback to the development team.
