Job Title: Production Support Engineer
Ideal candidate will have
- Proven experience in production support of equities trading floor & familiarity WITH_REPLACED 1-delta asset classes (equities, ETFs, futures, spreads)
- Thorough expertise in Linux commands and trouble shooting methods
- Proficiency in English language
- Attention to details required in handling critical production environment
- Ability to work under pressure & analyze logically under time pressure
- Ability to understand and analyze complex technology infrastructure
- Familiarity WITH_REPLACED scripting tools for debugging & efficient issue resolution
The Responsibilities Include
- Provide production support to mission critical infrastructure
- Identify and resolve system issues WITH_REPLACED minimal impact to production flow
- Work in shifts to cover all time-zones
- Coordinate WITH_REPLACED global technology team
