Experience Required: 10+ Years
Location: Pune / Chennai

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Expert-level SQL knowledge with complex query handling & data manipulation
Advanced troubleshooting skills in SaaS environments
Strong analytical & lateral-thinking abilities
Experience leveraging AI tools for log analysis, bug reproduction & reporting
Excellent communication & customer-facing experience
Familiarity with AWS or cloud infrastructure
⭐ Nice to Have:
Experience in EDC, Clinical Trials, or Safety systems
Python / ETL Development experience
Background in Bio Stats or Edit Check programming
Ideal Candidate:
7+ years in Product Support Engineering
3+ years in customer-facing roles
1+ year in team lead / supervisory experience
