Job Description

We are hiring a Product Support Engineer to support banking and payment applications for global customers. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, investigating logs and APIs, performing SQL-based analysis, and collaborating with engineering teams for issue resolution.

Must Have

  • 2–4 years of Product/Technical Support experience.
  • Experience in FinTech, Banking, or Payments domain.
  • Knowledge of ACH, RTP, wire transfers, and reconciliation.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and log analysis.
  • Basic SQL and Linux command-line skills.
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with permanent US night shifts.

Good to Have

  • ISO 20022, FedNow, SWIFT, or TCH RTP exposure.
  • Kafka, IBM MQ, or other messaging platforms.
  • MongoDB or NoSQL databases.
  • PCI-DSS/SOC 2 awareness.
