Product Support Documentation Engineer / SPIR

Key Responsibilities

Spare Parts Documentation & Coordination

• Review and consolidate spare parts recommendations from sub-vendors and proprietary suppliers
• Compile and validate SPIR documents in line with project and contract specifications
• Analyze part criticality and applicability across various systems

Pricing & Cost Compilation

• Prepare accurate pricing for spare parts based on commercial and policy guidelines
• Work with procurement to validate supplier pricing and data

Vendor & Stakeholder Interaction

• Coordinate with suppliers (valves, instruments, blowers, etc.) for technical and pricing inputs
• Liaise with internal teams and the Aftermarket function to ensure smooth communication

Technical Collaboration & Support

• Support Service and Project Engineers with field insights, documentation, invoicing, and system updates
• Assist in compiling operating manuals, progress reports, and other project deliverables

Process Improvement & Knowledge Management

• Maintain standardized SPIR templates on a shared global platform
• Contribute to proposal efforts by assessing critical spares and operational impact
• Drive efficiency and consistency in SPIR generation across projects
