Job Description

As a Product Support Analyst, you will configure, operate, and monitor high-volume data delivery platforms on Google Cloud. You will manage data workflows using Apache Airflow, perform data quality checks, troubleshoot configuration and scheduling issues, and support reliable data delivery to clients. The role also involves collaborating with Engineering and Data Operations teams, maintaining documentation, following security and SDLC practices, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
