Join us as a Product Success Engineer and play a key role in bridging technology and customer experience by driving successful product implementation across residential communities in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end product implementation and onboarding across residential communities
- Conduct training sessions for facility management teams, security staff, residents, and stakeholders
- Monitor product adoption and ensure a smooth user experience through regular follow-ups
- Resolve app-related helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Capture customer feedback, operational challenges, and field observations for internal improvements
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams for issue resolution and enhancements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, training materials, and user documentation
- Travel regularly to client sites for implementation and stakeholder coordination
- Build strong on-ground relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical or app-related issues
- Comfortable in field-based roles with regular travel
- Experience or familiarity with facility management, residential operations, or construction environments is an added advantage
