Job Description

Position: Technical Lead / Product Specialist (Client Facing) - 3 Candidates

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills to work directly with US clients. This is not a hands-on coding role. The ideal candidate should be able to understand software products, explain technical concepts, gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and lead calls with US clients
  • Understand product features, workflows, and integrations
  • Gather business and technical requirements from clients
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams
  • Provide product demonstrations and walkthroughs
  • Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to clients
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and requirements
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of web applications, SaaS products, APIs, and software development lifecycle
  • Ability to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with US-based clients is highly preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Specialist, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Coordinator, or Technical Consultant
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

Note:

This is not a coding role. The primary responsibility is client communication, product understanding, requirement gathering, and coordination with internal technical teams.
