Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist(T) with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GE Proficy Plant Application and a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of GE Proficy Plant Application to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the integration of the application with existing systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GE Proficy Plant Application to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs related to industrial manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure effective use of the application.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.
