Role Purpose
To build medical awareness, credibility, and adoption of Niklo among doctors and healthcare professionals through education, clinical engagement, and evidence-based promotion — supporting the brand's mission of reducing tobacco dependence through safe, guided NRT therapy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct educational and scientific discussions with doctors to promote Niklo as a safe and effective Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).
Drive prescription generation through consistent doctor engagement, follow-ups, and clinical support.
Present clinical data, dosage guidance, and patient program details of the 12-week Niklo Quit 100 Program.
Identify and engage key prescribers across general practice, psychiatry, pulmonology, and dentistry.
Support and coordinate CME programs and awareness sessions with hospitals and medical associations.
Track and report doctor coverage, prescription trends, and feedback to guide field strategy.
Ensure all medical communication and promotion are ethical, compliant, and evidence based.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Allied Health.
1–3 years of experience in medical affairs, doctor engagement, or scientific promotion (preferably in NRT, respiratory, or wellness segments).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
Strong scientific aptitude combined with an empathetic, patient-centered mindset.
Highly motivated, well-organized, and passionate about contributing to public health and behavioral-change programs.
