We are seeking a dynamic and techno-commercial professional to join our Water Division as a Product Specialist for our next-generation SaaS-based software solutions. These solutions monitor and control parameters for ETPs, STPs, and ZLD systems across the water industry

Experience : 5-9 Years

Key Responsibilities

Experience 5-8 years in SaaS sales, technical pre-sales, or industrial sale experience / software solution selling.

You will serve as the technical expert and bridge between our regional sales teams and customers, enabling successful sales closures, customer satisfaction, and product adoption.

60% travel across regions to meet customers, demonstrate solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Technical & Sales Enablement

Act as the technical authority for our SaaS water solutions during customer interactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead-to-close conversions by providing product expertise, demonstrations, and technical presentations.

Understand customer requirements, challenges, and pain points, and recommend customized digital solutions.

Develop a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Customer Engagement

Support regional sales teams during customer meetings, site visits, and product trials.

Build trust with customers by demonstrating domain knowledge and solution relevance.

Serve as the single point of contact for technical discussions during the sales cycle.

Market & Opportunity Management

Track and monitor all software-related opportunities in the assigned territory.

Maintain sales data, pipeline, and reports for review with management.

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market trends and customer needs.

Travel & Onsite Activities

Travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites, exhibitions, and industry events.

Conduct live demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution workshops at customer sites , regional offices.
