As a Product Specialist at Nuclei, you'll play a key role in helping startups and SMBs discover and unlock value through our white-label SaaS marketplace, a platform offering exclusive discounts on tools like AWS, Azure, GCP, and 50+ other SaaS products.
You'll be the first point of contact for many businesses exploring our platform. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, guiding them through relevant offerings, building trust, and driving conversations all the way to closure.
This is not a passive support role. You'll be actively involved across the funnel, from qualifying and nurturing leads to helping close deals and drive revenue. If you enjoy talking to people, understanding business problems, and converting interest into action in a fast-moving startup environment, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do
- Engage with inbound leads and understand their business and SaaS requirements
- Guide customers through relevant partner offerings and platform benefits
- Own conversations from discovery to closure for smaller and mid-sized accounts
- Support the sales team in moving larger opportunities toward closure
- Conduct product walkthroughs and handle customer objections confidently
- Run structured follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Keep lead details, deal stages, and conversations organized inside the CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Who You Are
- Strong communicator, not just fluent, but someone who can confidently drive conversations and influence decisions
- Proactive, you take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- Customer-focused and commercially minded, you know how to balance helping customers with driving outcomes
- Organized and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple deals and follow-ups effectively
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments where ownership matters
- Target-driven and motivated by closures and revenue impact
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as SaaS sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, or product support
