Purpose of the Job:
The position is responsible for promoting hybrid products by engaging with stakeholders investors and distributors. The role would also involve preparing pertinent materials and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive gross and net sales for Hybrid Funds across target segments.
- Conduct investor awareness programs, distributor group meetings, and high-touch one-on-one sessions to communicate product relevance and benefits.
- Develop and deliver compelling product narratives that align with evolving investor needs
- Liaise with Investment, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consistent product positioning and regulatory alignment.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams for pitchbooks, presentations, factsheets, and sales enablement tools.
- Serve as a product champion by mentoring internal sales teams and distributors on hybrid fund positioning.
- Curate hybrid-specific training modules to build distributor and RM mindshare.
- Track competitive landscape, product performance, investor behavior, and sales trends to refine strategy.
- Support the team with product benchmarking, investment rationale, and response to market movements.
- Travel across India as required.

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Mutual Fund or Wealth Management industry with exposure to hybrid products
- MBA - Finance / CA / CFA
- AMFI/NISM certifications mandatory
