Join ABB's High Power Rectifiers team as Product Specialist - Service and help shape how service offerings are defined, aligned, and scaled across a global business.

In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between Service, Sales, Engineering, and global service organizations to ensure service packages are clearly structured, consistently described, and supported by robust documentation. You will connect stakeholders, resolve interface gaps, and improve organizational readiness so teams can execute with greater clarity and confidence.

Mission statement: Support the Business Unit Product Management team in optimizing theHPR service product and portfolio by translating market requirements, customer needs, and stakeholder inputs into clear service specifications, structured package definitions, and development priorities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the definition and structuring of HPR service packages.

  • Align Service, Sales, Engineering, and global service stakeholders on package scope and content.

  • Collaborate across the organization to capture requirements, ensure consistency, and maintain documentation that supports adoption and effective execution of service packages.

  • Gather requirements and feedback to ensure a continuous cycle of improvement for the HPR service offering portfolio

Your background:

To be successful in this role, you bring a solid educational foundation with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, complemented by hands-on experience in industrial power supply, power conversion, heavy-industry equipment, or associated services.

You are comfortable operating in cross-functional environments and havedemonstratedyour ability to effectively coordinate across Service, Sales, Engineering, and project teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

You have a natural ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, structured deliverables and documentation that can be easily understood by diverse audiences. Alongside your technicalexpertise, you are fluent in English, withadditionallanguage skills such as German, Spanish, or Chinese considered a strong asset in a global environment.

You take ownership, learn quickly, and approach new topics with curiosity and confidence. By asking the right questions and engaging stakeholders early, you build the understanding needed to move topics forward with focus and credibility.

With a natural ability to build relationships across teams, you navigate complex organizational structures with ease andmaintainfocus while managing multiple priorities.
