Do you have great communication skills, investment know-how and are keen to innovate our client experience for our UBS mandate offerings Are you keen to carry the success of our UBS Advice and UBS Manage offerings by continuously innovating and digitizing the way we engage clients and empower client advisors (CA) with concise, impactful sales and after-sales opportunities Are you interested in taking responsibility for the communication value chain of our mandate solutions We are looking for someone like you who can:
- deliver investment advice to our CAs and clients: Craft impactful sales and after-sales content through our internal and direct-to-client sales platforms
- drive our mandate after sales efforts: Work with on-shore specialists in developing after sales initiatives and narratives for our mandates in close collaboration with Chief Investment Office (CIO) and Markets with a focus on UBS Manage, UBS Advice and UBS My Way
- create client review decks: Support Investment Specialists and CAs in preparation of client presentations for client meetings that summarize mandate performance, commentary, and account activity
- update marketing materials: Maintain and update Mandate pitchbooks, product factsheets and other marketing content in line with brand and compliance guidelines
- help us become better and more impactful: Work with on-shore specialists to drive our innovation projects to continuously enhance the user and client experience for our mandate communication. Contribute specialist knowledge as a subject matter expert to initiatives where required
- risk management & data analysis: Ensure proper governance, manage the business risk and control requirements to ensure compliance in all areas. Access and manage data to deliver information that drives improvements to our business

Your team
You'll be working in the CIO Global Investment Management APAC team within Global Wealth management division based in Mumbai, India. We manage the delivery to our client facing units of an extensive range of Wealth management products for our clients in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, working closely with our counterparts in Switzerland and other APAC locations (Taiwan, Japan, and China) to ensure common standards and cooperation. Our role leads us to interact frequently with a wide range of internal stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, IT, Sales, Operations, and Risk Units.
Your expertise
- you hold a University degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Finance or Economics. Professional accreditations like CFA, FRM will be an advantage
- a self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment. Motivated, collaborative and proactive personality. Fluent in English
- 3 10 years of relevant experience in Discretionary or Advisory Mandate offering in Private Banking or Wealth Management or Asset management setup
- track record in investment writing and creation of communication content in different formats
- knowledge across asset classes and product groups (like Equities, Fixed Income, Funds etc). Understanding of portfolio management, financial markets, and asset allocation concepts
- excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills with an interest to look beyond the surface
- affinity to work with IT tools like Power Point Presentations, MS Office, VBA etc, working knowledge on AI tools like Co-pilot and BI tools like Power BI will be an added advantage
