• 3+ years of experience in Product Specialist, Product Implementation, Product Support, Customer Success, or similar roles.
• Experience working with enterprise software or SaaS platforms.
• Strong experience in client engagement, product demonstrations, and POCs.
• Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and client onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
