About the role:
We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Product Manager to help us accelerate the rollout of agentic AI platform across health care and finance. You will own the product lifecycle for AI agents — from discovery through deployment — working at the intersection of operations, engineering, and customer success.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You will shape how agents evolve, how new capabilities get shipped, and how customers experience the product.
What You'll Do:
Agent Product Roadmap
• Define and maintain roadmaps for AI agent portfolio.
• Translate customer pain points and workflows into clear agent capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Balance short-term delivery milestones with long-term platform thinking.
Customer Discovery & Requirements
• Engage directly with client senior directors, CFOs, and client teams to surface workflow gaps and unmet needs.
• Convert the insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the feedback loop between customers, customer success, and engineering.
Agile Execution
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives with engineering squads.
• Write precise, technically sound user stories with clear definition-of-done criteria.
• Remove blockers, make prioritization trade-offs, and keep delivery on track.
Go-to-Market & Rollout
• Partner with teams to plan and execute customer onboarding and agent rollouts.
• Develop enablement materials, product documentation, and release notes.
• Define and track KPIs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, compliance, sales, and operations.
• Communicate product direction clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Champion AI-first product thinking across all feature decisions.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a technical PM role shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML or agentic systems — you can hold a technical conversation about LLMs, orchestration, and model evaluation without blinking.
• Strong Agile/Scrum track record — you've run sprints, owned backlogs, and shipped iteratively.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous clinical or operational workflows into crisp, buildable requirements.
• Direct experience in healthcare technology, RCM, medical billing, or health IT
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can write a two-pager for a CFO and a JIRA ticket for an engineer with equal clarity.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with EHR integrations (Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or similar).
• Familiarity with Availity, Change Healthcare, or other clearinghouse/payer networks.
• Understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling, BAAs, and healthcare compliance.
• Experience with voice AI, conversational agents, or outbound patient communication platforms.
• Background in prior authorization, eligibility verification, or denial management workflows.
