Product Specialist ( Alumina Brick Sales)

Job Summary: The Product Specialist Anode Baking Furnace Bricks will act as a link between Customer, NPD and Operations, manage the technical lifecycle, market positioning, and application support for Anode Baking Furnace Bricks used in the construction and maintenance of anode baking furnaces for Aluminium industry. The role requires deep product knowledge, customer interfacing skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product performance, development, and commercial success. Responsibilities: Serve as the technical expert for ABF bricks, including sidewall, floor, and roof brick systems used in Aluminium industry. Support product trials, application engineering, and post-mortem analysis at customer sites. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Coordinate with NPD and manufacturing to optimize product formulations for strength, thermal conductivity, resistance to alkali attack, and thermal shock etc. Monitor field performance, track customer feedback, and implement corrective actions where needed. Maintain updated Product Data Sheets (PDS), technical documentation, and competitor product comparisons. Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking for ABF-related concepts and innovations. Support bidding, proposal preparation, and product selection strategy for key projects and tenders. Deliver technical presentations and training to internal teams and customer stakeholders. Support pricing, proposal preparation, and commercial discussions from a technical perspective Requirements: Essential: B.Tech - Chemical/Metallurgy/ Ceramic Knowledge of manufacturing processes of Aluminium industry, refractory products and application of products. Field experience in product trials or technical customer support in ABF applications
