Job Description
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile).
- Has worked on Mobile Device Management.
- Research customer technical issues and pursue resolution.
- Good understanding of Mobility Software-MDM, MAM, and UEM.
- Prior experience with the mobility domain will be given preference.
- From time to time, deliver presentations and webinars to prospective customers and partners.
- Attend meetings with partners and customers for tech discussions.
Requirement
- 3+ years of professional experience in a pre-sales,tech-support, or consultant-related role within enterprise software will be given preference.
- Great communication skills, being able to speak to both technical and business counterparts on the client side, and explaining technology and solutions architecture.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Love to learn and have a strong interest in sales, technology, and customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel for tech discussions.
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech or MCA.
- Flexible with shift timings.
