We are seeking a Product Sourcing Executive to join our team in Delhi . The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sourcing products and will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers for product sourcing.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in product sourcing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and logistics to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and maintain sourcing reports and documentation for management review.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement related
- 2-5 years of experience in product sourcing or procurement, preferably in the Building construction or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sourcing software.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
