Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding:Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.
- Data migration:Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.
- Technical Support:Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Documentation:Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.
- Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.
- Shopify Expertise:Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tech operations or a related role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts
- Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.
