Product Solution Engineer - Pune

Key Deliverables:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production software issues efficiently
• Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for production and non-production environments
• Build and enhance features for stable system components with moderate complexity
• Automate manual tasks through scripting to improve operational efficiency

Role Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and joins for data retrieval and analysis
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python, Perl, and Shell
• Maintain clear documentation of problem analysis and resolution, supporting on-call operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
