Product Solution Engineer

Key deliverables:

1. Manage merchant account integration and collaborate with product and tech teams
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve merchant integration issues efficiently
3. Automate processes to address recurring merchant integration challenges
4. Provide technical solutions and support, ensuring smooth merchant onboarding and integration

Role responsibilities:

1. Understand merchant product flows, requirements, and technical issues
2. Take ownership of merchant issues and drive them to resolution
3. Participate in meetings with merchant tech/business teams for requirement gathering
4. Use programming knowledge to enhance integration support and automation
