About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Sales Specialist to join our team in Mumbai/ Delhi/ Bengaluru
In this role, you will drive business growth by selling enterprise-level system integration solutions—specifically focusing on Servers, Storage, Networking, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
You will act as the bridging expert between our technical capabilities and our clients business needs, building strategic alliances and driving go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close high-value enterprise accounts for infrastructure and system integration solutions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain deep relationships with key OEM partners (e.g., Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Nutanix, VMware, Microsoft Surface, Apple) to drive joint Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies and maximize Strategic Alliances.
- Partner Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with partner ecosystem teams to secure project registrations, competitive pricing, and technical support.
- Solution Selling: Understand complex customer environments and present tailored solutions involving Servers, Storage, Networking, and HCI data center technologies.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation, solution pitch, and commercial negotiations to final closure.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging technology trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to pitch innovative integration solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, tech sales, or business development with a heavy focus on system integration.
- Core Technical Knowledge: Proven experience selling Data Center infrastructure, including Servers, Storage architecture, Enterprise Networking, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
- Relationship Management: Strong background in Partner Relationship Management and driving value through Strategic Partnerships.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
