Role Overview:
The Product Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving lead conversions into admissions for GoldenBee. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and hands-on experience with CRM systems to manage the lead journey efficiently. This role directly impacts enrollment success and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming leads into successful admissions through effective follow-ups and counselling.
- Manage, track, and update all leads using the CRM to ensure accuracy and timely action.
- Understand GoldenBee's programs, curriculum, and value proposition to present them confidently to parents.
- Conduct telephonic counselling, video counselling, and in-person campus interactions when needed.
- Maintain high engagement with prospective parents and nurture leads until enrollment.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission conversion targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth admissions experience.
- Participate in events, school tours, and admission drives.
- Prepare reports on lead status, conversions, and CRM updates for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, counselling, admissions, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Meritto, LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Good analytical skills to understand lead behavior and conversion patterns.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Sales is an advantage.
