Product Sales Specialist

Credgenics is India's leading SaaS-based collections and debt resolution platform, helping banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and other lenders streamline legal recovery, litigation management, and compliance workflows through technology, automation, and legal intelligence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Legal - Product Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our legal technology solutions among financial institutions.

Role Overview:

As a Product Sales Specialist, we are looking for a professional with prior experience in the Collections industry who can manage multiple portfolios, analyze performance metrics, and recommend strategic improvements to drive efficiency and results.

What you'll be doing:

Product Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop business opportunities by selling Credgenics technology solutions to banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and digital lenders.

Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, consultation, demo, proposal negotiation, and closure.

Work closely with internal CSM, product, and tech teams to tailor solutions that align with customer needs.

Provide product demonstrations and consultative solutions to help clients optimize their fintech collections and recovery strategies.

Revenue Growth & Relationship Management

Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying additional product needs within existing BFSI accounts.

Track and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and client adoption KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial

institutions.

What We're Looking For:

5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, fintech, SaaS sales, or BFSI-focused business development.

Prior experience in the Collections industry

Strong analytical and number-crunching skills

Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable recommendations

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working with large datasets and performance metrics

Proficiency in Excel / MIS reporting
