Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Product Sales professional to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing event, exhibition, conference, and experiential marketing projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, consulting clients on suitable event technology solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful project handover to delivery teams.
This role requires strong consultative selling skills, stakeholder management, and experience in B2B sales within events, exhibitions, technology solutions, media, or experiential marketing industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, award ceremonies, and experiential activations.
- Generate leads through networking, industry associations, referrals, digital channels, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, corporate clients, exhibition organizers, marketing teams, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop strategic account plans for key clients and prospects.
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable Dreamcast solutions including:
- Event Registration Platforms
- Event Mobile Apps
- Badge Printing & Check-In Solutions
- Lead Retrieval Systems
- Virtual & Hybrid Event Platforms
- Audience Engagement Tools
- Event Websites & Microsites
- Exhibition Technology Solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Prepare customized proposals, commercial quotations, and solution decks.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to project closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor industry trends in events, exhibitions, event technology, and experiential marketing.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, event sales, exhibition sales, sponsorship sales, experiential marketing, SaaS sales, or technology solutions sales.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
