Primary Responsibility:

1. Co-ordinating with sales team for business acquisition and drive growth at PAN level for asset products.
2. Formulate and implement sales plans for various asset products at channel level across India for achieving targets.
3. Regularly engage with Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Premium Relationship Managers to drive business growth & streamline processes.
4. Facilitate training on an ongoing basis to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the channel.
5. Work closely with sales team to scale business for the channel. Launch and execute channel campaigns.
6. Evaluate, benchmark and identify best practices adopted across industry and drive its implementation for the business.
7. Analyse business trends, manage campaigns, tracking and fulfilments of promotional contest.
8. Liaise with Respective Product Managers to scale up businesses, start-new product lines across Assets, extract PA/PQ base for Asset products.
9. He will be involved in driving conversion on campaigns across Acquisition and Relationship Management Channel for all asset products.
