We're Hiring | Product Sales Manager – Merchant Acquiring & Cash Management

Join a Leading Private Sector Bank!

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Sales Manager to drive business growth across Merchant Acquiring and Cash Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Drive sales of POS/EDC, Bharat QR, and UPI solutions.

▪ Promote Cash Management Services (CMS), including digital integrations, payments, collections, and escrow solutions.

▪ Generate new business through market mapping, networking, and branch banking partnerships.

▪ Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Assistant Product Sales Managers.

▪ Drive merchant onboarding, transaction volumes, portfolio growth, cross-selling, and upselling.

▪ Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

▪ Graduate in BBA, BMS, BAF, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. IT, or a relevant field; MBA preferred.

▪ 2–3 years of experience in POS/Merchant Acquiring Sales with a bank or reputed payment acquirer.

▪ Knowledge of CMS, digital payments, collections, or escrow solutions is an added advantage.

▪ Strong sales, communication, relationship management, and team leadership skills.
