Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and product showcases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 45 years of proven experience in IT product or software solution sales.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical features into client value propositions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
