IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd is a drone manufacturing company located at Gurgaon (www.iotechworld.com). We are looking for a Sales Manager and the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing Company's Sales plan to achieve the sales target for drones and components. You will also collaborate with other business partners (B2B) and internal teams to develop achieve revenue targets accordingly. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.
Qualifications
- MBA in Sales,
- 10+ years of experience mainly in product and components sales,
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, drive and execute sales strategies & plans to generate leads for drone and its components for Indian Market to be aligned with Company's Revenue Roadmap.
- Develop and drive revenue forecast as per business goals and present to management
- Drive the internal sales team to achieve the monthly revenue targets based on forecast,
- Ensure channel partners achieve monthly sales & revenue targets and follow brand standards.
- The ideal candidate should be self motivated, well-organized individual who should have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Manage strategic relationships with drone manufacturers, integrators, and enterprise clients.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling of components across OEM product lines.
- Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and long-term supply agreements.
- Identify new business opportunities in agriculture, defense, industrial and enterprise drone sectors and other related sector.
- Interaction with third parties and business partners for BTL activities and running campaigns.
- Work with marketing teams on product promotions, exhibitions, dealer meets, and digital campaigns to boost drone & components sales.
- Excellent communication, Analytical & problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to handle sales team and dealers network and conduct regular team meetings and follow up.
- Should be able to track leads through CRM and present to management during weekly review meeting.
