Job Description

Primary title: Product SalesManager

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospect, qualify, present solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close enterprise and SME deals.
  • Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline; deliver accurate forecasts and weekly progress reports to leadership.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners, banks, and payment gateway relationships to scale distribution.
  • Coordinate with product, operations, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conduct product demos, and run workshops to convert prospects into customers.
