About the Role
The Product Sales Manager – Cash Management Sales will be responsible for driving transaction banking and liability product sales across Wholesale Banking segments including Corporate, NBFC, FI, and CLG. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and contributing to CASA growth and fee income through effective cross-selling of cash management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage transaction banking requirements for clients and maintain regulatory relationships.
- Identify and activate high-potential clients for transaction banking services.
- Drive growth in current account balances and fee-based income.
- Provide strategic inputs to product and strategy teams for enhancing transaction banking offerings.
- Develop and execute business strategies for product development, sales, and service delivery.
- Train Relationship Managers on new cash and trade products.
- Ensure timely implementation of client deals and resolve transactional issues.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Gather market intelligence and benchmark competition to refine offerings.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams for process improvements and product enhancements.
- Identify and build strategic alliances to deliver innovative client solutions.

Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in cash management, transaction banking, or product sales
