Role/ Job Title: Product Sales Manager-CMS Sales (Commercial Banking)

Function/ Department: Transaction Banking-Cash

Job Purpose

The role entails owning the end to end & scaling Cash Management Business for the bank for ideinfied clients in a cost effective manner. The role will closely collaborate with the Product Head, Operations, Compliance, Risk, IT and Policy team to ensure development of a market leading solutions in CMS (Physical & Digital). The role is responsible for revenue growth and will develop strategies to drive product penetration while maintaining overall portfolio quality requirement. It has a direct revenue responsibility for the Cash Management business contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Manage CMS requirements for clients and maintain regulaor client relationships.

  • Identify and activate high-potential clients for CMS services. Drive growth in current account balances and fee-based income.
  • Provide strategic inputs to product and strategy teams for enhancing transaction banking offerings.
  • Develop and execute business strategies for product development, sales, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution and client servicing.
  • Benchmark competition and gather market intelligence to refine offerings.
  • Work with Product and Operations teams to re-engineer processes and enhance client stickiness.
  • Leverage synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders and deepen relationship with customers
  • Ensure the successful adoption of internal compliances and regulatory framework across the business
  • Maximize average current account balance and fee income

Secondary Responsibilities

- Champion the adoption of high quality market intelligence and data analytics to promote product, solution and sales effectiveness in line with the banks growth/profitability objectives

  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Cash Management business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service
  • Keep abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets
  • Identify and build strategic alliances across segments to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support implementation of client deals and resolve transactional queries.

Education Qualification

Graduate - Any

Post Graduate - MBA Finance / CA

Experience

3 + years of experience in Transaction Banking
