We're Hiring | AVP / GM Sales/Sales Head – Infrastructure, Security & Cloud (West Region)

Are you a seasoned Enterprise Sales Leader with a proven track record in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services We're looking for an accomplished sales professional to drive business growth across the West region for one of India's leading IT System Integrators.

Must Have

• Both Product Sales and Services Sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Products + Managed Services + Cloud Services.
• Experience working in the Domestic (India) Market is mandatory.
• Must have worked with a System Integrator (SI) organization.
• Strong experience selling Managed Services.
• Experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security Solutions.
• P&L ownership with large enterprise business.
• Experience handling CXO-level customer relationships.
• Strong OEM relationships (minimum 5 OEMs).
• Experience in acquiring new logos and managing large enterprise account

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of IT Infrastructure Products and Services across enterprise customers.
• Own revenue, profitability (P&L), and margin targets.
• Acquire new enterprise logos while expanding existing strategic accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Develop winning enterprise solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and OEM partners.
• Close large, multi-year managed services and digital transformation deals.

Must-Have Experience

✅ 15+ years of Enterprise IT Sales experience

✅ Both Product Sales and Service Sales experience is mandatory

✅ Strong experience with a System Integrator (SI) organization

✅ Domestic India market experience is mandatory

✅ Managed Services sales experience is essential

✅ Experience selling IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center, and Enterprise Solutions

✅ P&L ownership and revenue responsibility

✅ Closed multiple enterprise deals worth ₹50Cr+ and managed ₹100 Cr+ business

✅ Led sales teams of 10+ members
