Job Description
- Responsible for Sales target related to product in area/region assigned
- Drive the company vision and delivery of innovative new products
- Conduct market research to identify user need for new products and product updates
- Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
- Competition benchmarking to know product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats
- Establish requirements and specifications for new products
- Clearly communicate vision and goals of new products to development team
- Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
- Manage cross-functional teams in business, sales, product, design, and engineering
- Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
- Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
- Manage product launch and stock of products at different locations for initial period
Candidate Profile
- MBA with 3 to 4 year Sales experience
- Good communication skills
- Good language proficiency in Hindi, English (Marathi optional)
- MS Office, specially MS excel
- Sales process knowledge
- Good presentation skills
- Problem solving skilles
- Able to understand customer issues
- Ready to reallocate as per company priority
