Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and warranty details.
Convert inquiries into successful sales.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Update customer details and sales activities in CRM/Excel sheets.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with the inventory and operations team regarding product availability.
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
