Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Researcher. The Product Researcher will be responsible for conducting product research, utilizing analytical skills to synthesize data, conducting market research, communicating with team members and external partners, and performing both qualitative & quantitative research.

Competencies Required (Functional And Behavioral)

Having sound knowledge on GLP ( Good laboratory practice).
Knowledge on R&D literature search from different source.
Having hand-on experience in setting up reaction/experiments, preparing different reagent solution and troubleshooting capacity.
Basic knowledge on analytical data interpretation (Beginners level)
Good Communication and Report writing skills: Familiar with MS-office ( word, power point, excel)
Candidate must also be interested for maintaining instruments, lab inventory, inter departmental documents, PO, etc.
Readiness to face challenges, hardworking with appetite for learning and updating with latest tools & developments in science and technology.
Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic research environment.
Always stretch when project challenge increases.

Job Responsibilities

To conduct day to day lab experiments based on assigned projects/task.
To maintain and update lab note ( ELN & Manual) with thorough and detailed laboratory procedures and results.
Literature survey of assigned projects.
Evaluate and contribute to developing the solutions for the assigned projects.
Preparing technical reports of the test results.
Preparing periodical reports or presentation whenever required.
Procurement of required chemicals, lab items and follow up with the concerned department.
Ensuring compliance (GLP) related laboratory health and safety guidelines.
Maintaining lab equipment and troubleshoot or report on malfunctions.
Work collaboratively in a team to drive projects forward.
Any other job/work assigned by the department.
