Role: Regional GTM & Partnerships Manager
This is for someone who wants to go deep into a region — understand countries, regulations, product gaps, customer needs, competition, partners, and market demand — and then help convert those insights into real business, partnership, and GTM opportunities.
The role sits at the intersection of market research, partnerships, product strategy, and go-to-market execution.
What the role involves:
Conducting detailed market research across MENA / GCC countries.
Understanding country-specific regulations, market dynamics, customer needs, and product requirements.
Identifying market demand, product gaps, emerging opportunities, and competitive trends
Mapping the competitive landscape and partner ecosystem across the region.
Researching potential product partnerships, ecosystem players, and regional partners
Managing partnerships end-to-end — from identification and onboarding to enablement, coordination, and relationship management.
Ensuring partners are well-equipped, aligned, and supported
Identifying whether a market requirement can be solved through partners or needs to be built internally.
Working closely with internal teams to share raw market feedback, research, and product inputs
Collaborating with product, engineering, business, and leadership teams to help shape relevant offerings.
Leading GTM for identified products, partnerships, and regional opportunities
Who we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, business research, partnerships, GTM, fintech, BFSI, payments, or related domains
Prior experience in research is mandatory
Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred
Someone who is hands-on, curious, and comfortable building from scratch
Strong ability to convert market insights into clear business, partnership, or product inputs
Comfort working across multiple stakeholders — internal teams, partners, customers, and market participants
Strong communication, ownership, and execution mindset
Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure where none exists
Interest in fintech, BFSI, payments, compliance, or technology-led ecosystems would be a strong plus
This is not a 9-to-5 mindset role.
We're looking for someone who has worked in environments where things move fast, roles are not always clearly defined, and ownership matters more than hierarchy.
Someone who enjoys identifying problems, understanding markets deeply, finding the right partners or solutions, and then helping take those opportunities to market.
