Product Project Manager

This is a dual-mandate position, split roughly 50/50 between two areas of work:

Product Management — You will work directly with the technology lead and engineering

team to build out our AI-powered platform ecosystem. This means translating strategic vision

into buildable specs, managing sprint cycles, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring that

what gets built actually maps to real workflows and real users. The immediate focus is on

our creative production engine and the foundational knowledge layer that powers it. You will

not be handed a fully formed roadmap — you will help create it.

Project Management — You will take ownership of client website builds and redesigns,

replacing an existing project manager on the team. This means scoping projects, managing

timelines and budgets, coordinating between design, development, and client stakeholders,

running QA cycles, and ensuring on-time, on-spec delivery. You will be the single point of

accountability for these projects from kick-off to launch.
